POLICY
We offer Exchange for Store credit only. Items purchased from PRETTY THANG LOUNGE are eligible for Exchange or store credit within 3 days after delivery. All custom items, lingerie, Panties, bodysuits, white items, sale items are final sale.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes while on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

LINGERIE IS FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.
RETURNS
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 4 -10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email
